About Productive Entrepreneur Founder Dries Cronje

Dries CronjeDries Cronje purchased the ProductiveEntrepreneur.com domain mid-July 2011. He launched the blog shortly thereafter — in a very productive way :)

Dries has been making an income from Internet ventures since 2004, and full-time since February 2006. He is a recovering Actuary.

He is involved in a number of successful online businesses while also consulting long-term retainer clients on the art of online business, and helping them implement solutions.

As a husband, son, brother, father of two, friend of many, and sought-after technical specialist and expert, Dries had to learn how to defend and maximize his time, energy and focus. He knows what his time is worth to him, and he ruthlessly ensures that he spends it in such a way that he can maximize the income he generates with it.

This approach leaves him lots of free time for family, friends, reading, golf and travel.

He also sometimes writes about himself in the third person for no good reason :)
